Things are heating up at folk 🔥

Is it April already?? 2023 has been an eventful year already, and we’re only just going into Q2. Here at folk we are full of energy for this new cycle, with ever-more exciting releases planned in the very near future.

Here are the hottest updates from the past month at folk:

We're in the top 8 CRMs for small businesses!

We’re honored to be named by Zapier as one of the best CRMs for small businesses in 2023. After a review of 130 CRM systems, folk made the list of the top 8. Check out the article here.

Outlook integration: incoming

Yes, you screamed, and we heard you: our Microsoft integration is on the way! Soon you’ll be able to sync your Outlook contacts, emails, and calendar to folk. We’re launching a limited beta version. If you would like to be one of our beta test users just reply to this email saying “I’d like to be part of the Outlook beta!”

New: Sync LinkedIn messages & Sales Nav

If you’re not already using folkX, our awesome Chrome extension, now is the time to start! You can import contacts from any web page into folk (LikedIn, Twitter, Insta, and more) with just a few clicks. And now it’s even better: you can bring in your LinkedIn DMs into folk, and they’ll be saved as an Interaction. It also sits neatly on top of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, turning it into a powerfully-converting sales CRM!

Bringing more to the table(s)

We never thought we’d get so excited about tables, but really: this is cool. folk table views have always been light and easy to edit, but we’ve powered them up even more. Updates include copy-pasting multiple fields into and out of folk, reordering columns, dragging cells to auto-fill, and a ton of keyboard shortcuts. Check them out in our changelog here.

Raising $25 million using folk

Yes, you read that right. Startup Switchboard used folk to smash their fundraising process. Read about it in our blog.
